Lyme Ambulance is yet another reason to love living in Lyme. It is one of New England’s few remaining “no-cost to the patient” emergency & basic-care ambulance services… which means patients never have to hesitate.
And they don’t.
Since our beginning 40 years ago in 1975, our proud volunteers have answered more than 5,000 calls. Forother ambulance associations, that’s over $2.5 million in fees.
For us, a tip of the hat.
We do not depend on Lyme tax revenues. Rather, we are sustained by the generosity and vision of the Lyme community we serve.
